Virtual Conference
The 2021 social program offers opportunities to wind down and network with peers, engage in trivia or learn a new native Australian dish.
We would like to thank Informit for sponsoring the Information Online 2021 networking sessions.
Monday 8 February 2021, 5:15pm - 6:00pm
Cook your own conference dinner and deepen your cooking experiences while you are taken on an inspiring culinary journey beneath the surface of local history, culture and cooking traditions as an expert chef guides you through the process of cooking a dish made from Native Australian ingredients.
You can follow along however you like with this session. You will be sent the recipe of the dish that is going to be made beforehand and follow along as you cook your meal for that night! Or you can simply sit back, relax and watch.
